Austin Lovvorn, Founder & CEO

After graduating from Florida State University in 2010, Austin went on to work in the Real Estate Industry, where he quickly found his passion in the digital space after building several lead generation websites. From there, he went on to work for a large digital marketing agency in South Florida that focused on search engine optimization. 

Several years later after climbing the ranks through the digital agency ecosystem, he learned the art of buying digital media on Google & Facebook. During that time, Facebook was in its infancy and he quickly understood that the attention was rapidly shifting towards this new social media network.

This is when he quickly understood the importance of capturing and arbitraging attention.

While working at one of the leading digital agencies in Boca Raton, Austin got the opportunity to create and spearhead a new department solely focused on digital advertising through paid media.  This is where he met Rakesh who was towards the end of his graduate studies, and brought him onto the team to work hand-in-hand.  Austin & Rakesh went on to build one of the most dynamically advanced media buying teams in the industry; managing advertising spends in millions of dollars. Not only did they master the art of buying digital media, but also all aspects of the digital marketing ecosystem.  

From marketing tech, tracking, to business metrics and analysis, they became experts in understanding all things digital.  They quickly understood the full journey a user took from an impression, to click, to lead, to customer.  With the vast experience of being able to work on many different accounts, they were able to create success in many different business verticals.

While Rakesh was pursuing his MBA at Lynn University, he found his passion for marketing. In Summer 2015 he joined as an intern at Allergan, Inc, that’s where he believed that he can build his career in marketing.

During the last semester, he got the opportunity to work with Austin at one of the leading agencies in Boca, where Austin was the director of Paid Media. 

They both connected instantly on the grounds of the same passion they had for marketing. As they worked hand-in-hand for many years, Austin became Rakesh’s natural mentor. He remembers Austin telling him the only rule in media buying is “He who has the traffic has the gold.”
